Tasks & Resposibilities

  • Perform network, application and infrastructure penetration tests
  • Perform security reviews of application designs, source code and deployments as required, covering all types of applications (web application, web services, mobile applications, cloud solutions, etc.)

Senior Security Analyst

Tasks & Resposibilities

  • Review and triage vulnerability findings into manageable reports, provide relevant analysis, suggest mitigations, track remediation, manage scheduled scans, identify gaps and expand scan coverage, and escalate as appropriate
  • Monitor, analyze, and react to security alerts, incidents, vulnerability reports from multiple sources (event logging, vulnerability scans, MSSP alerts)
  • Diagnose and triage potential information security incidents, troubleshoot issues related to security controls
  • Review incoming vulnerability reports and reproduce issues, assessing the severity and impact of each issue within the context of each organization’s threat model
  • Perform internal and external security audits, analyze data and security breaches, and perform incident response and forensic investigations
  • Conduct technical evaluations of IT systems for compliance with security policies, standards and best practices
  • Write a brief summary for each report, including clear reproduction steps, the impact of the issue, and remediation advice
